Butterfinger Chocolate Caramel Crunch Truffles

Delicious bite-sized truffles with a crunchy Butterfinger center, coated in rich chocolate and caramel.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed Butterfinger, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Dip each frozen Butterfinger ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Place back on the tray.
  5. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt (if using). Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
