For the Crust:
- 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix crushed Butterfinger, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each frozen Butterfinger ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Place back on the tray.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt (if using). Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
