Butterfinger Chocolate Caramel Crunch Truffles

Decadent truffles with a crunchy Butterfinger center, coated in rich chocolate and caramel.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed Butterfinger bars and softened cream cheese until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch diameter) and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Dip each frozen Butterfinger ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Place back on the tray.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the truffles and sprinkle with crushed peanuts if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
