Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Mini Pies

Decadent mini pies filled with Butterfinger candy, caramel, and a crunchy crust for a sweet treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into mini pie pans to form crusts.
  3. Bake crusts for 8 minutes, then let cool.
  4. Fill each crust with chopped Butterfinger pieces and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
