Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Cookies

Delicious and gooey cookies packed with Butterfinger candy and caramel for a perfect crunchy texture.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1/2 cup caramel bits

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in crushed Butterfinger candy bars and caramel bits.
  7. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
