For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  2. Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer buffalo chicken, cheddar cheese, celery, and carrots on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing over the filling.
  5. Roll up tortillas tightly, slice into pinwheels, and serve.
