For the Crust:
- 1 box (18-20 oz) brownie mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix, oil, and eggs until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
