Broccoli and Mushroom Stir Fry

A quick and healthy stir fry with fresh broccoli and mushrooms in a savory sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli and mushrooms, stir fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and vegetable broth. Stir well to coat the vegetables.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Serve hot.
