Bourbon BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Dip

A rich and flavorful dip combining ground beef, smoky bacon, creamy cheeses, and a touch of bourbon BBQ sauce, perfect for parties and game days.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup bourbon BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add crumbled bacon to the beef and stir to combine.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and bourbon BBQ sauce.
  5. Fold the beef and bacon mixture into the cheese mixture until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
  8. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
  9. Serve warm with crackers, chips, or sliced baguette.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat cream cheese and freshly cooked bacon. Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to your preferred level of sweetness and bourbon flavor. This dip can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
