Black Forest Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

Decadent brownie bites stuffed with cherry-filled cookie dough and coated in rich chocolate.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained
  • 12 oz dark chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and bake in a 9×9 pan. Let cool completely, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Make cookie dough by creaming butter and sugars. Mix in milk and vanilla. Gradually add flour until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and cherries.
  3. Flatten a tablespoon of cookie dough in your palm. Place a brownie cube in center and wrap dough around it. Roll into smooth balls. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate wafers with coconut oil. Dip each ball using a fork, letting excess drip off. Place on parchment paper to set.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Store leftovers in airtight container.
