Black Forest Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

Decadent brownie bites stuffed with cherry-filled cookie dough and coated in dark chocolate.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained
  • 12 oz dark chocolate melting wafers

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and bake in a 9×9 pan. Let cool completely, then cut into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Mix in milk and vanilla. Gradually add flour until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and cherries.
  3. Flatten a tablespoon of cookie dough in your hand. Place a brownie cube in the center and wrap dough around it. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  4. Freeze dough balls for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate wafers and dip each ball to coat. Place on parchment paper to set.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
