For the Crust:
- 1 box fudge brownie mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained
- 12 oz dark chocolate melting wafers
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and bake in a 9×9 pan. Let cool completely, then cut into small cubes.
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Mix in milk and vanilla. Gradually add flour until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and cherries.
- Flatten a tablespoon of cookie dough in your hand. Place a brownie cube in the center and wrap dough around it. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Freeze dough balls for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate wafers and dip each ball to coat. Place on parchment paper to set.
