Big Mac Casserole

A delicious and easy casserole that captures all the flavors of a Big Mac in one comforting dish.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 package (16 oz) frozen tater tots

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, and pepper over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the beef layer.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the dressing.
  6. Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tater tots are golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and diced tomatoes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
