For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 package (16 oz) frozen tater tots
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, and pepper over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the beef layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the dressing.
- Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tater tots are golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and diced tomatoes before serving.
