For the Crust:
- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
- Add sugar, lime juice, and lime zest to the strained puree and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring every hour to break up ice crystals.
- Once fully frozen, scoop and serve immediately.
