A refreshing and fruity twist on the classic margarita, perfect for summer.

For the Crust:

  • 4 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
  • 1/2 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup triple sec
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt or sugar for rimming the glass
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth, then strain to remove pulp if desired.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the watermelon juice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave syrup. Stir well.
  3. Rim glasses with salt or sugar by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping into salt or sugar.
  4. Fill glasses with ice, pour the margarita mixture over, and garnish with a lime wedge.
