Garlic Butter Shrimp Marinade

A simple yet flavorful marinade that enhances the natural sweetness of shrimp with garlic, butter, and herbs.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
