For the Crust:

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine pineapple, avocado, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  2. Drizzle lime juice over the mixture and gently toss to combine.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
