Oven Roasted Potatoes

Crispy and golden oven roasted potatoes seasoned with herbs and spices.

For the Crust:

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
