For the Crust:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
