Scale
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set up three stations: seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
