  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped chives.
