For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Pour chicken broth into the skillet and transfer to the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
