  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Pour chicken broth into the skillet and transfer to the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
