Buckeye Pie

A rich and creamy peanut butter and chocolate pie inspired by the classic Buckeye candy.

For the Crust:

  • 1 9-inch chocolate cookie crust
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the chocolate cookie crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder or drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
