Beefy Cheesy Fries Burrito

A hearty and indulgent burrito packed with seasoned beef, crispy fries, and melted cheese for the ultimate comfort food experience.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup frozen French fries, cooked and crispy
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning with water as per packet instructions.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds to make them pliable.
  3. Assemble each burrito by layering the seasoned beef, crispy fries, shredded cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, and onions in the center of a tortilla.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the burrito seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crisp. Serve warm.
