Beef and Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  5. Add the cooked rotini pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
