Beef and Pepper Rice Bowl

A quick and flavorful beef stir-fry with bell peppers served over rice.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and onions, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice.
