For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
