Beef & Parmesan Tortellini in Creamy Sauce

A rich and comforting dish featuring beef and cheese tortellini in a creamy Parmesan sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
