A delicious and easy-to-make beef lo mein with tender beef, fresh vegetables, and flavorful noodles.

For the Crust:
8 oz lo mein noodles
1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced bell peppers
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 green onions, sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a bowl, marinate the sliced flank steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Stir-fry the garlic, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Add the cooked noodles and beef back to the pan. Stir in sugar and toss everything together for 2 minutes.
