Banana Split Cake

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of graham cracker crust, creamy filling, fresh bananas, strawberries, chocolate, and whipped topping.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 34 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with 1/2 cup melted butter and press into a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1/2 cup softened butter until smooth. Spread over crust.
  3. Layer sliced bananas over cream cheese mixture, followed by drained crushed pineapple.
  4. Drizzle chocolate syrup over pineapple layer, then spread whipped topping over everything.
  5. Top with sliced strawberries and chopped nuts if desired. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
