Banana Chia Pudding Delight

A creamy and nutritious chia pudding infused with banana and a hint of vanilla, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using). Stir well to combine.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
  3. Once the pudding has thickened, give it a final stir and serve chilled. Top with sliced bananas or nuts if desired.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
