For the Crust:
- 2 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the pear halves on the baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and black pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pears are tender. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Top each pear half with crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, and a drizzle of honey.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
