Baked Pears with Feta, Honey, and Cranberries

For the Crust:

  • 2 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the pear halves on the baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and black pepper.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pears are tender. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  4. Top each pear half with crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, and a drizzle of honey.
  5. Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
