Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges – My Grandma’s Pie

Crispy potato wedges baked with garlic and parmesan for a flavorful side dish.

For the Crust:

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese while still hot. Serve immediately.
