Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles

Crispy, tangy pickles stuffed with a savory cream cheese mixture and air-fried to perfection.

For the Crust:

  • 8 large dill pickles, halved lengthwise
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Pat the pickle halves dry with paper towels and scoop out the centers to create a hollow space.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Fill each pickle half with the cream cheese mixture and press the halves back together.
  4. Dredge each stuffed pickle in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Serve warm.
