Air Fryer Cottage Cheese Chips

Crispy, protein-packed cottage cheese chips made easily in the air fryer.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and parmesan cheese (if using) until well combined.
  3. Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  4. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
