Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

Crispy, spicy buffalo cauliflower bites made in the air fryer for a healthier twist on a classic appetizer.

For the Crust:

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to create a batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, shaking off excess, and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter. Toss cooked cauliflower in the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes to set the sauce. Serve immediately.
