For the Crust:
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and golden.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Toss cooked wings in the sauce until fully coated. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
