For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg and olive oil.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
