4-ingredient Orange Chicken – so EASY!!

A simple and delicious orange chicken recipe with only four ingredients, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken pieces until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange marmalade, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
