For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken pieces until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the orange marmalade, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the chicken.
