For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Coat chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl to create a sauce.
- Assemble sandwiches by spreading sauce on buns, adding grilled chicken, lettuce, and tomato slices.
