For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 sandwich buns
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Toast the sandwich buns lightly on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the buns, then layer with lettuce, tomato, and grilled chicken.
- Serve immediately.
