For the Crust:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl, then stir in the oats and chocolate chips until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
